How to stop eyeshadow/powder from falling onto eyelashes? - how to stop my eyelashes from falling

Hello to all! I have some bright blue and Barry M Dazzle Dust can be applied with a brush, but always manage to get some of the tabs above. I wonder if any of you advice on how to stop the ingress of dust was the tabs. Thanks in advance! :)

Use a big brush and slightly above the dust - if you have any spots elsewhere, then a mixture of a little more foundation that works well.

Or your make-up brushes soft and then apply your shadow

Or use a little petroleum jelly or cream eye shadows, eye shadow before

Or put your mascara in the past so that you get the tabs that you do not see anyway!

Place in the shade rather than sweeping. I saw this thing on TV.
